After two days of panic i've finished the 'Marie Antoinette Inspired' cupcakes!
I saw this one and thought it was perfect for maybe main center piece on a table or anywhere really.
The icings ruffled on it and the rose petals and shimmer are beautiful!
I also raided my grandmas cupboard and found some cake stands. The glass one looks great with this cake i think.
Another one which i thought fitted the theme perfectly and i noticed similar ones were used in the film. It looks perfect with the cupcakes and macaroons on, because of its little pattern on it.
They look really good! We're meeting at half ten tomorrow outside our room, how are you going to bring them? xxx
ReplyDeleteWell i've got the big box the cake came in and hopefully i'll have enough like plastic boxes to keep them in and then someone can just put them on there knee so they don't roll about in the car xx
